ä THE CITY of Statesboro Mayor and Council will meet Tuesday at 9 a.m. in City Hall Council Chambers, East Main Street.

ä BULLOCH COUNTY Board of Commissioners will meet Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. in the Bulloch County Annex, North Main Street.

ä TUTORING will be offered Tuesday, 5:30–7 p.m., at Statesboro Regional Library. For grades K–12.

 Wednesday

ä BABYTIME will be held Wednesday at Statesboro Regional Library beginning at 10 a.m. For ages 0–2.

ä TODDLER TIME will be held Wednesday at Statesboro Regional Library beginning at 10:30 a.m. For ages 2–5.

 Thursday

ä ARCHIBALD Bulloch Chapter, NSDAR Meeting will be held Thursday in the Senior Citizens Center of the Honey Bowen Building, Max Lockwood Drive. Social begins at 11 a.m. followed by a luncheon at 11:30 a.m. Meeting will follow with Deborah and Roy Thompson as speakers. Topic: “Their Christmas Light Project.” Cost is $16/person. ä 3RD ANNUAL Portal Christmas Parade will be held Thursday in downtown Portal beginning at 5 p.m. A Christmas tree lighting will follow at City Hall. Parade applications available at City Hall or by calling Delinah Woods at (912) 601-7014 or Janet Boggs at (912) 865-2161. Applications can be emailed to cityofportal@bulloch.net.
