Sea Island Bank has announced several staff promotions in Statesboro and Savannah, according to Executive Vice President Gary L. Johnson. In making the announcement, Johnson said Chad Wiggins and Ken Rabitsch were named senior vice presidents while Gay Dailey was appointed vice president.

Chad Wiggins, who has been with Sea Island since 1996, is a senior commercial lender in Statesboro. In addition, he maintains a commercial client portfolio while leading the Commercial Banking Team in Statesboro. After working in customer service and collections, Wiggins later served as a credit analyst before his appointment in commercial lending. A graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, he is a member of the Downtown Rotary Club, treasurer for the Statesboro High School Boosters and past chair for the local chapter of the American Red Cross. In addition, he serves on the board of the Wesley Foundation. An active member of First United Methodist Church, where he is stewardship chairman, Wiggins and his wife, Nancy, have three children: Davis, Avery and Mollie.
Ken Rabitsch, who has been with Sea Island since 2004, is a senior commercial lender in Savannah. In addition to maintaining a commercial client portfolio, Ken also leads the Commercial Banking Team in the Chatham County market. Rabitsch is a member of the executive committee of the Royce Learning Center. A graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, he is also on the finance committee for the Savannah Golf Club. Members of Bull Street Baptist Church, Rabitsch and his wife, Debbie, have two children: Maggie and Spencer.
Gay Dailey joined Sea Island in 2001 with responsibilities in loan review at the bank's main office in Statesboro. Gay has also served Sea Island as a banking officer and credit analyst. Dailey will continue to manage loan operations as well as compliance and credit administration. A graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance, Dailey is active in the Exchange Club of Statesboro having served as Youth of the Month/Year Coordinator. Members of First Baptist Church, Dailey and her husband, Travis, have two children: Trevor and Erin.
