Bulloch First, a division of the Citizens Bank of Swainsboro, announces that Gay Dailey has joined the team of bankers in Statesboro. Gay has been a banker in Statesboro for 20 years serving in different leadership capacities. She most recently was a group vice president with HeritageBank of the South.
