Deputies seeking a wanted person on Rocky Ford Road Thursday found a four-wheeler and dirt bike they said were stolen. Charles Allen Pomar, 45, of Cross Creek Circle, was arrested on a charge of theft by receiving stolen property, Bulloch County Sheriff Lynn Anderson said in a news release issued Tuesday. Investigators with the Statesboro-Bulloch Crime Suppression Team spoke with Pomar during their search and were given permission to search his property.
