Joshua Hall, a junior at Bulloch Academy, was the Bulloch County winner of the annual Red Ribbon Week Billboard Contest. The 16-year old son of Mike Hall and Janet Hall will have his artwork displayed on a portable billboard on the school’s campus through Red Ribbon Week (Oct. 23-26). His art teacher at Bulloch Academy is Vanessa North.
