The threat of rain has forced the 26th annual ArtsFest indoors. The Art Stops, youth art exhibits and stage performances will be held in the arts building. The Center for Arts and Theatre will hold the artists' market.
The event is scheduled to run from noon until 5 p.m. and include performances by Savannah Irish folk singer Harry O'Donoghue at 2 and 4 p.m. From 12 to 2 p.m., the audience will hear the Battle of the Bands competition and then vote for the winner.
Art Stops include painting a pet for the Humane Society, making cards for troops overseas and creating jewelry to benefit Ugandan families.
Admission is free and open to the public.
