Mr. and Mrs. Tony Allen of Sylvania, Georgia, and Richard Waters of Brooklet, announce the engagement of their daughter, Shelley Marie Waters of Rocky Ford, Georgia, to Brandon Julian Eskew, son of Rusty Eskew and Carole Colson. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Mack Waters, the late Helen Niffen and Mickey Cail. Shelley attended Ogeechee Technical College and currently serves as office coordinator at The Therapy SPOT in Statesboro.
