Plans for the wedding of Victoria Ann Sloan and Frederick Ganahl Blitch III have been finalized.
    The ceremony will take place at First Baptist Church of Statesboro on Saturday, March 23, 2013, at 5:30 p.m.
    All friends and relatives are invited to attend the ceremony and the reception immediately following at The Belle House.
