Mrs. Brent Mitchell Davis

      Kasey Elizabeth Redding and Brent Mitchell Davis were united in marriage at six o'clock in the evening on Saturday, May 22, 2010, at the Georgia Southern Botanical Garden in Statesboro, Georgia. Dr. William H. Perry officiated.
       The bride is the daughter of Clyde and Judy Redding of Statesboro. She is the granddaughter of Mervyn Jenkins and the late Mickey Jenkins and the late J.P. and Martha Redding of Statesboro.
       The groom is the son of Mitch and Sheila Davis of Cochran, Georgia. He is the grandson of Wank and Anna Lisa Mullis and the late Ralph Davis of Cochran and Sonny and Marcia Giddens of Cochran.
       The bride was given in marriage by her father, Clyde Redding. She chose her sister, Angie Kelly of Pooler, Ga., to serve as maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Amber Akin, Anna Davis and Ashley Kittrell, all of Statesboro. Flower girls were Addison Beaver, niece of the bride; and Jaycee Lyles.
       The groom chose his brother, Brad Davis of Cochran, to serve as best man. Groomsmen were Todd Dupree, Glenn Herrington and Jason Lyles, all of Cochran. Ushers were Chris Zofko of Birmingham, Ala., brother of the bride; and Phillip Giddens of Cochran. The ring bearer was Cayden Dupree.
       Patti Kelly, cousin of the bride, was vocalist, and Ryan Kelly was guitarist. Lindsey Jones, cousin of the bride, and Jenna Tyson kept the guest book. The wedding cake was served by Terri DeLoach and Cheryl Taylor, aunts of the bride.
       A reception, hosted by the bride's parents, followed the ceremony.
