Plans have been finalized for the wedding of Karla Jan Qualls and Dwayne Edward Rocker.
    The wedding will be held on Saturday, September 17, 2011, at 3 p.m. at the First Baptist Church of Statesboro with the reception immediately following in the church's Perry Fellowship Hall.
    No local invitations have been sent. All friends and relatives are invited to attend.
