Jeri and Cedric “Bud” Palmer will celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary with family and friends in a private gathering later this month. The couple was married on January 9th, 1962, in Finksburg, Maryland, and now resides outside of the Leefield area. Jeri and Bud are the parents of two children, Keith (Paula) Palmer and Vicki (Dennis) Palmer Lucas; and grandparents of four, Justin Lucas, Anna Kate Lucas, Abby Lucas and Jake Palmer.
