Mr. and Mrs. Robert Farmer III and Mr. Alan Mock of Sylvania, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Mock of Sylvania, to Jeffrey Brett Lamb, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walt Lamb of Statesboro.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late William E. "Billy" Rountree and Shirley Rountree and Tommy Morgan and Mr. and Mrs. Tony Mock. Ashley is a 2008 graduate of Screven County High School and is employed by Talton Dental of Vidalia, Ga.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of Mrs. Bobbie Lamb and the late Allen Lamb and the late Mr. and Mrs. John Wendell Newton. He is a 2003 graduate of Statesboro High School and is owner of Ogeechee Electrical Technologies, L.L.C.
    The couple has planned to wed on March 12, 2011, at 5 p.m. at TMT Farms, Old River Road, in Statesboro.
