Col. and Mrs. Charles Ray Mize Jr. of Martinez, Georgia, are pleased to announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristina Lee Mize, to Garrett Lee Ralston, son of Mr. and Mrs. Walker David Ralston of Eatonton, Georgia.
    The wedding is planned for 5:30 p.m. Saturday, November 22, at the First United Methodist Church in Eatonton.
    Miss Mize is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Charles Lindbergh Mallard of Statesboro and Mr. and Mrs. Charles Ray Mize Sr. of Evans, Georgia. She is a 2007 graduate of Lakeside High School and a 2012 graduate of Georgia College and State University. Kristina is currently employed by the Columbia County School System as an eighth grade physical science teacher.
    Mr. Ralston is the grandson of Mr. Harry P. Thurman and the late Mrs. Harry P. Thurman and the late Mr. and Mrs. William C. Ralston, all of Eatonton. He is a 2006 graduate of Gatewood Schools, Inc., and a 2014 graduate of The University of North Georgia. Garrent is currently employed by Coca-Cola Refreshments as a merchandiser.
