A 60th Wedding Anniversary Reception honoring Mr. and Mrs. Charles L. Mallard will be held at the Statesboro Primitive Baptist Church social hall on Sunday, January 13, 2013, from 2 until 4 p.m.
    Charles Lindberg Mallard married Ruby Willette Lane at the Register Baptist Church on January 11, 1953. Elder Virgil F. Agan performed the ceremony.
    Their children, Joy and Charles Mize, Sherry and Charles Conner, Kay and Denny Clark and Ben and Kathy Mallard, and their 11 grandchildren will host the reception. All friends and family are invited. The couple requests no gifts, please.
