Mr. and Mrs. Greg and Susan Lewis of Statesboro, Ga., are pleased to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Chelsi Renee Lewis, to Austin Scott Joyner, son of Mrs. Elizabeth Joyner and the late Mr. Scott Joyner of Statesboro.

Chelsi is the great-granddaughter of Mrs. Ahmetta Harville of Statesboro and the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Edwin and Sue Harris, also of Statesboro, and Mrs. Wilma Mims and the late John B. Mims of Waynesboro, Ga. She is a 2008 honor graduate of Bulloch Academy, a 2012 graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in accounting and a 2013 graduate of Georgia Southern University with a master's in accounting with a concentration in forensics. Chelsi is currently employed as an auditor for the Georgia Department of Audits and Accounts.

Austin is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Earl and Margaret Joyner of Nashville, N.C., and the late Mr. and Mrs. J.B. and Martha Womack of Statesboro. He is a 2010 honor graduate of Statesboro High School and graduated from Georgia Southern University in 2013 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in management. Austin is currently managing rental property.

The couple plans to wed on April 9, 2016, at 6:30 in the evening at the home of the bride's parents, with a reception to immediately follow.
