Mr. Arnie Kemp and Pat Kemp of Sylvania, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Kandace Kemp of Brooklet, Ga., to Jeff Double of Brooklet, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey Double of Brooklet, formerly of Ipswich, England.
    The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Screven County High School and graduated with a Horticulture degree from Ogeechee Tech. She is currently employed with Greenhouse, Landscape and Nursery Management.
    The groom-elect is the co-owner of English Landscapes.
    The couple has planned to wed on March 16, 2013, at 6 p.m. at Hanging Rock Plantation in Millen.
