The Reverend Roland and Peaches Barnes of Statesboro are proud to announce the engagement of their son, Jordan Knox Barnes, to Jessica Michelle Head, daughter of Mike and Anette Head of Millen.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Dr. Walter and Evelyn Barnes of Macon and the late Charles and Charlotte Chappas of Buckhead, Georgia. Jordan is a 2014 graduate of Georgia Southern University, where he received a Bachelor of Business Administration.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Nancy Head and the late Roy Head and Randall and Elaine Brown of Millen. Jessica is also a 2014 graduate of Georgia Southern University, where she received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
    The wedding will be held on February 28, 2015, at two o'clock in the afternoon at the Brown Family Farm.
