Mr. and Mrs. Ernie S. Harville of Nevils, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Lacey Diane Harville, to Colt Tanner Rushing, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerry D. Rushing Jr. of Statesboro, Ga. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Almetta Harville and the late Terrell Joseph Harville of Statesboro and Tex J. Strickland and the late Corine Strickland and Talmedge Donaldson and the late Drayfus and Mabel Martin of Nevils. Lacey is a 2005 graduate of Southeast Bulloch High School and graduated from Georgia Southern University with a degree in elementary education. She is currently teaching at Langston Chapel Elementary School.
