Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Harley of Sylvania, Georgia, are pleased to announce the upcoming wedding of their daughter, Madeleine Harley, to John Christopher Bolton, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Bolton, also of of Sylvania.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. S.J. Lacienski and the late Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Harley of Sylvania. Madeleine is a 2010 graduate of Screven County High School and earned her associate of science and technology in criminal justice in 2015 from Ogeechee Technical College. She is currently seeking a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from Reinhardt University.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Rosalie Bolton and the late Calvin Bolton of Sylvania and the late Mr. and Mrs. Eddie Dyches of Newington, Georgia. Chris is a 2011 graduate of Screven County High School and a 2015 graduate of Georgia Southern University, earning a bachelor's degree in history. He is currently employed with Swainsboro Board of Education as a teacher.

The couple has planned to wed March 17, 2018, at 4 p.m. at The Belle House in Statesboro.
