Plans have been finalized for the wedding of Amber Graham and Justin Smith.
    The wedding will take place on Saturday, October 5, 2013, at 5 p.m. at Sylvania Vineyards in Sylvania, Ga. A reception will follow.
    No local invitations have been sent. All friends and family are invited to attend.
