Mr. Robert Gassman and Mrs. Darlene Palfrey of Warner Robins, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Diana Gassman of Warner Robins, to Joseph Tompkins, son of Mr. and Mrs. Lee R. and Paula Tompkins Jr. of Statesboro.
    Ashley received a BS in Business Management from Macon State College. She is a logistics analyst for BAE Systems, supporting Robins Air Force Base.
    Joe received his BBA in Logistics and Intermodal Transportation from Georgia Southern University and is a Sigma Chi alumni. He is a project manager for K2 Firm, also supporting Robins Air Force Base.
    The couple has planned to wed on February 23, 2013, at 2:30 p.m. at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Warner Robins.
