Dr. and Mrs. Henry Ashby Eisenhart of Statesboro, Georgia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Emily Elizabeth Eisenhart of Statesboro, to Hugh Jeffrey Moore of Georgetown, South Carolina, son of Mr. and Mrs. James Allen Moore of Georgetown.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. Wendell Reece Altmiller of Statesboro and the late Mr. and Mrs. Edwin Alexander Eisenhart of Albuquerque, New Mexico. Emily is a 2004 honor graduate of Statesboro High School. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2007, with a B.A. in Journalism. She was affiliated with the Beta Nu chapter of Alpha Delta Pi sorority. She received her M.A. in Social Sciences from Georgia Southern University in 2011.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of Myrtle Skipper Price of Georgetown, South Carolina, the late Rudolph Judson Price of Georgetown and the late Mr. and Mrs. Furman H. Moore of Georgetown. Jeff is currently employed with the Westervelt Company in Statesboro and attends Ogeechee Technical College, where he is pursuing a degree in Wildlife and Plantation Management.
    The couple plans to wed on Saturday, July 2, 2011, at the Whitefield Chapel in Savannah, Ga.
