On Aug. 10, 1962, W.R. Deal and Sandra Cullen were united in marriage. They will celebrate their 50th Wedding Anniversary on Friday, Aug. 10. On Saturday, Aug. 4, a drop-in reception will be held in the Friendship Baptist Church fellowship hall from 2 until 4 p.m., hosted by their children, Richard Deal, Walter Deal, J.R. and Elaine Fordham. All family and friends are invited to attend.
