Melissa Woods Brown and Rodney Clay Mills

    Mr. and Mrs. William Snooks of Midville, Ga., and Mr. Joseph Woods of Kite, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Melissa Woods Brown of Statesboro, to Rodney Clay Mills, son of Mr. and Mrs. Aulbert and Vivian Mills.
    The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Bobby and Dot Johnson of Midville and the late Ray and Helen Woods of Kite. She is a 1998 graduate of Swainsboro High School and attended East Georgia College and Georgia Southern University. She is the treatment coordinator for Wall Orthodontics.
    The groom-elect is the grandson of Ruby Oglesby and the late Moses Oglesby of Midville and the late Ralph and Kate Mills of Swainsboro. He is a 1999 graduate of Swainsboro High School and is employed by Coca-Cola Company of Statesboro.
    The couple has planned to wed on December 29, 2012, at 5 p.m. at the Union Grove United Methodist Church in Midville.
    No local invitations will be sent. All friends and relatives are invited to attend.
