Richard and Holly White of Pooler, Georgia, announce the engagement of their daughter, Brooke Brigdon of Richmond Hill, to William Gay, son of Steve and Jackie Gay. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Gloria Waters and the late Ronnie Waters and Rebecca Brigdon and the late Diones "DL" Brigdon. Brooke graduated from Richmond Hill High School in 2008 and earned a technical certificate of credit in child care from Savannah Technical College.
