Mr. and Mrs. Jack Salter of Statesboro, Ga., announce the engagement of their son, Matthew Salter, to Debra Blackburn, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Hoyt Blackburn of Sylvania, Ga.
    This couple have grown from friendship to love;
