Mr. Ernest Alfano Jr. and Mrs. Sherry Newman of Las Vegas, Nevada, announce the forthcoming marriage of their daughter, Tiffany A. Alfano of Statesboro, to Spencer R. Bowen, son of Mrs. Laura Bowen. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Patricia Pellicano and the late Ernest Alfano Sr. and is the sister of Anthony Alfano. Tiffany is a graduate of Statesboro High School and is currently a student at Ogeechee Technical College.
