Daddies and their daughters brought their best moves to the dance floor for a Valentine's Day ballet class at the Averitt Center for the Arts dance studio on Feb. 12.

The event was hosted by Cotton Rose School of Dance, now in partnership with the Averitt Center, for the fourth year.

Under the watchful eye of program director Rebekah Harville Carlisle, daughters and their dads worked on a routine together and studied form and technique.
