PORTAL — Jon Willoughby will be introduced as the next head football coach of the Portal Panthers at a news conference Wednesday at 1 p.m. Willoughby comes to Portal from Southeast Bulloch, where he coached the quarterbacks and outside linebackers on coach Pat Collins' staff. Willoughby takes over for David NeSmith, who resigned from Portal to become the offensive coordinator at Bradwell Institute.
