Judge makes decision after viewing jail surveillance video

For the third time, Bulloch County Superior Court Judge John R. "Robbie" Turner has denied bond for a rapper being held in jail for drugs, guns, battery and other charges. Kiari Cephus, 23, of Brooks Forest Drive in Lawrenceville, also known as "Offset," a rapper with the group Migos, appeared in court Oct. 9 to seek bond for the third time since his arrest on drug and gun charges. He was first arrested April 18, along with fellow Migos members Kirshnick Khari Ball, 20, of Saddle Shoals Drive in Lawrenceville, known by the stage name "Takeoff," and Quavious Keyatz Marshall, 24, of Rye House Court in Lawrenceville, known by the stage name "Quavo," as well as several members of their entourage.
