I'm real worried that the stress from King America accusation is going to cause my dad to commit suicide ... because of worrying about our family's bills. ... I don't understand how our new city manager can approve a $2700 cell phone bill ... for one of the councilmen ... while he was in ... China for a vacation and had long distance and roaming charges.
