Why do people stay in Dry Branch Mobile Home Park when the owner won't clean it up? Because it can cost up to a thousand dollars to move to another park. And depending on the age of the trailer, it might not be allowed to be moved without passin' an inspection, that also costs. The owner of the park knows he has them between a rock and a hard place.
