Schenkel Invitational Kid's Clinic tees off annual collegiate tournament
Georgia Southern leads after first day of competition at Forest Heights Country Club

The 46th annual Schenkel Invitational teed off Friday morning at Forest Heights Country Club with 15 teams competing, including Notre Dame, Utah, Maryland, Wisconsin and Army.
Coming into the tournament after finishing as co-champion of the prestigious Johnnie-O Collegiate at Sea Island, host team Georgia Southern is leading after the first round at 10 under par.Â
The tournament continues Saturday with the final round on Sunday. Admission is free to the public.
