Rep. Franklin to open services office in Statesboro
Lehman Franklin
State Rep. Lehman Franklin (R-Statesboro)

State Representative Lehman Franklin (R-Statesboro) will open a constituent services office in Statesboro to serve the citizens of House District 160, which he represents.

The office, located at 127 North Main St. in downtown, will open Monday, June 3, according to a release from Franklin’s office.

“I am excited to announce the opening of this new constituent services office in House District 160 to better serve our citizens,” Franklin said. “Navigating the nuisances of state government can oftentimes be complex, and I hope this new office will serve as a resource for our community when they find themselves in need of help.

“I look forward to working with constituents at this new office and offering a new avenue for citizens to meet with me in person to ask questions or solve issues related to state and local government. I am grateful for the community’s support and invite everyone to visit our new constituent services office this summer.”

The office will be open on Mondays from 4–7 p.m. and on Wednesdays and Fridays from noon-3 p.m. The mailing address is P.O. Box 2922 Statesboro 30459. The office number is (912) 489-7383.

According to the release, Rep. Franklin is currently accepting applications for research and data analysis interns to join the constituent services office. Interested candidates may submit their resumes either in-person at the constituent services office or via email to lehman.franklin@house.ga.gov.

District 160 includes portions of Bryan and Bulloch counties. Franklin was elected to the House of Representatives in 2022 and currently serves as vice chairman of the Retirement Committee. He also serves on the Economic Development & Tourism and Interstate Cooperation committees.
