Statesboro Police Department
    GENTILLY DRIVE — Someone reported a laptop computer, tablet, watches, jewelry and a handbag stolen during a burglary.
    CAMBRIDGE AT THE PINES APARMENTS — A man was arrested after he kicked in his apartment door.
    WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — A man was charged with shoplifting a cell phone case and fishing line.
    A woman in a separate incident was arrested for shoplifting $180 worth of clothes, hygiene items and other merchandise.
    BRAMPTON AVENUE — A woman who reported having a physical altercation with a man was given advice on solutions and safety measures.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    PINEMOUNT BOULEVARD — Two foster children, one 29 weeks pregnant, fought physically over who was to sit in the front seat when going to run errands with the foster parent.
    VETERAN’S MEMORIAL PARKWAY — Deputies stopped a man reported by a witness to appear intoxicated and who was seen urinating in public. The man asked deputies if he could pass gas while he was being questioned. He went to jail on DUI and other charges.
    MUD ROAD — Deputies responded to a venue called Chocolate City in reference to reports of shots fired. They found hundreds of cars, and a large number of people at what the tenant called a “small, quiet family gathering.” Deputies asked her why she had security guards and she said they were volunteers. She was warned of operating a disorderly house.
    BARTLETT STREET — A man and woman argued over a child urinating in the house. Deputies noted a broken chair and torn screen. The man was arrested on charges of criminal trespass.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued six traffic citations, six traffic warning and assisted three motorists.

Georgia State Patrol Post 45
    Troopers investigated 22 crashes with 12 injuries and two fatalities; issued one citation and three warnings for seatbelt violations; one child restraint warning; 12 citations and 33 warnings for speeding.
