Police report - 3-18-15; A woman told deputies a neighbors children destroy her garden.

    Ivey Christopher Chavers, 27, Troy Polk Road, Portal — wanted person, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, marijuana possession.
    Terry Adam Washington, 25, Jesse Holloway Road, Portal — possession of a schedule II controlled substance, marijuana possession.
    Tilya Rochelle Raymond, 26, Gentilly Drive — possession of a schedule II controlled substance, marijuana possession.
    Justin Lavon Raymond, 25, Park Place Apartments — defective brake lights, open container, possession of a schedule II controlled substance, marijuana possession.

    CAMPUS CROSSINGS — (Friday, 1:54 a.m.) A man told police he saw four people he did not know damaging several cars in the area. Four adult suspects as well as a juvenile were listed in reports, but no charges were filed. Police are still investigating the incident.
    CROSSWINDS DRIVE — (Tuesday, 3:25 a.m.) A woman called police when her ex-boyfriend came to her house, arguing the fact he wanted to resume the relationship.
    SUMMIT APARTMENTS — (Monday, 4:08 p.m.) A man reported the theft of a “Milwaukee” table top valued at $499.

    Austin Craig Barnes, 20, Hwy. 319 North, Tifton —  possession of a schedule I or II controlled substance (THC/marijuana), possession of psilocybin (mushrooms) with intent to distribute, manufacturing marijuana,  possession of a schedule I or II controlled substance with intent to distribute.
    Brittini Eloise Davis, 19, G.W. Oliver Road — suspended license.
    April Paige Elliott, 33, Old River Road North — obstruction, simple battery against a law enforcement officer.
    Brian Victor Hill, 23, Downing Avenue, Savannah — suspended license.
    Nigil Augustus James, 20, Statesboro Place Circle — felony possession of marijuana, use of communications facilities in the commission of a felony involving drugs.
    William Alexander Jones, 20, Weisenbaker Road, Rincon — underage possession of alcohol.
    Timothy Alexander Williams, 30, Bridgeport Drive — fleeing/attempt to elude, simple assault, disorderly conduct, DUI, public intoxication, obstruction, driving without a valid license.
    Maria Lourdes Arteaga-Ledezma, 29, Woodrum Place Apartments — driving without a valid license, failure to appear in court.
    Dallas Wayne Dasher, 20, Central Avenue, Meldrim — underage possession of alcohol.
    Brittany Chioji Davis, 26, Pamela Way — driving without a valid license, no proof of insurance.

    Jerry Lawayne Moffett, 49, Packinghouse Road — marijuana possession.
    Stephen Alexander Lively, 21, Green Thrift Road, Collins — no proof of insurance, open container, marijuana possession, suspended registration, driving without a valid license.

    MARIA SORRELL ROAD — (Friday, 7 p.m.) A woman told deputies a neighbor’s children destroy her garden when she is not home and harass her child on the school bus.
    OLD RIGGS MILL ROAD — (Friday, 12:20 a.m.) A man told deputies another man struck him in the eye. This happened after an argument with his girlfriend’s mother, whom he said was trying to break them up because of how he treats her daughter. The offender was not at the scene when deputies arrived.
    SOUTHEAST BULLOCH MIDDLE SCHOOL — (Monday, 4:03 p.m.) Deputies responded to the school, where an administrator reported inappropriate behavior from five students. The report was listed as “electronically furnishing obscene material to minors.” The juvenile offenders were arrested, booked and turned back over to parents.

    Officers issued six traffic violation citations Monday.

    Officers issued eight traffic warnings and assisted three motorists Monday.
