▲ BROOK RUN DRIVE — A male juvenile was arrested and the Department of Juvenile Justice contacted after a deputy responded to the Caring is Sharing Home on a report of terroristic threats.

▲ HIGHWAY 301 NORTH — After being transported by ambulance to the hospital emergency room with what she first said was “a stomach bug,” a woman reported that a man had thrown her to the ground in a family violence incident.

▲ PROCTOR STREET — An officer responded to a structure fire along with the Statesboro Fire Department at 

2:35 a.m. Monday and noted that the case was turned over to SPD investigators.

▲ GORDON STREET — An officer reported finding “a quantity of marijuana” and scales at an apartment and arrested a man, age 66, on a “possession with intent to distribute” charge.


➤ Georgia Southern University Police

▲ Officers issued no traffic citations or warnings Monday.

▲ CENTENNIAL PLACE — University police assisted the Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office on a call.

▲ UNIVERSITY VILLAS — A damaged property report was filed.
