Police report - 2-8-15; Euthanized at animal shelter nine dogs and two cats.

Arrests/Citations
    Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol arrests made Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

Georgia State Patrol Post 45
    The post recorded the following activity during the week of Jan. 26-Feb. 1:
    Troopers issued five seat-belt citations, one child restraint citation, 10 speeding citations and 35 total citations.
    Patrick Gregory Kolbe, 21, Foxlake Drive — DUI, open container, hit and run (leaving the scene of an accident), failure to maintain lane.
    Kelley Kent Bazemore, 47, street address unlisted, Dover — DUI, failure to maintain lane.

INCIDENTS
    Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol incidents occurring Wednesday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

Georgia State Patrol Post 45
    The post recorded the following activity during the week of Jan. 26-Feb. 1:
    Troopers investigated 24 crashes with four reported injuries and issued three seat-belt warnings, one child-restraint warning, 35 speeding warnings and 69 total warnings.

Bulloch County Animal Shelter
    The shelter reported the following activity during the week of Jan. 26-Feb. 1:
    Surrendered by citizens — two dogs from City of Statesboro.
    Collected by officers — 12 dogs and three cats from rural county areas; four dogs from City of Statesboro.
    Adopted from shelter — none.
    Reclaimed by owners — two dogs.
    Died at shelter — one dog.
    Euthanized — nine dogs and two cats.
    Fees collected — $ 75.
