Statesboro Police Department
    Chardasia Eyana Brown, 18, West Jones Avenue — marijuana possession.
    Jowanda Cooper Eason, 27, Lafayette Street — battery (family violence).
    James Anthony Miller, 31, Miller Street Extension — obstruction, fleeing/attempt to elude, DUI/less safe/drugs, open container, suspended registration, littering, failure to maintain lane, reckless driving, suspended license, speeding.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    Donald Ray James, 69, Franklin Road — suspended license.
    Calvin Latrell Jones, 40, Lake Church Road, Metter — bench warrant (felony child support court).
    Jonathan Keith McIver, 25, Mississippi Avenue, Savannah — second-degree burglary (felony).

Register Police
    Waldo Williams, 27, Beasley Road, Statesboro — speeding, expired registration, DUI, DUI child endangerment. 
    Eric Andrew McElroy, 31, Commercial Boulevard, Hagan — DUI/less safe/drugs, open container, no insurance, suspended license, expired registration.
    Demetrius Lavar Mercer, 31, Hwy. 301 South, Statesboro — suspended license.

INCIDENTS

Metter Police Department
    SOUTH LEROY STREET — Officers responded to a theft by deception incident.
    WEST LEE STREET — Someone reported a battery incident.
    Also, police responded to a loitering/prowling report.
    FRED’S — Someone called police about a shoplifter.
    ELLIS STREET — Officer responded to a fight.
    HOLLY DRIVE — Someone reported a simple battery incident.
    NORTH LEWIS STREET — Police investigated a theft.
    DANIELS STREET — Officers investigated reports of a theft.
    HUIETT STREET — A caller reported a burglary.
    BOSTON STREET — Police responded to a reported theft by taking.
    DALE DRIVE — Someone reported a prowler.

Bulloch County Animal Shelter
    Surrendered by owners — one dog from a City of Statesboro resident.
    Collected by humane officers — six dogs and 10 cats from rural areas; three dogs and a cat from within the City of Statesboro.
    Adopted from shelter — five dogs and a cat.
    Reclaimed by owners — no animals.
    Died at shelter — no animals.
    Euthanized — six dogs and eight cats.
    Fees collected — $295.
