Police report - 11-27-14; Deputies stopped a woman driving a car with a shattered windshield.

    William Jakeel Smith, 19, Diana Drive — burglary, possession of tools for the commission of a crime.
    Amanda Evett Palmer, 43, North Grady Street, Claxton — theft by shoplifting (second offense).
    Roy Winston Rose, 53, Mill Run Apartments — failure to maintain lane, open container, DUI.
    Raven Ball, 21, Fair Road — theft by taking.
    MORRIS HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — Police responded to a reported fight around 2:30 p.m. Tuesday. Victims denied fighting but then admitted having shoved each other.
    WOODROW CIRCLE — Police responded to a domestic dispute between a couple around 12:55 p.m. Sunday. The wife said they were arguing over relationship issues, but the husband said they were arguing because the woman wanted to argue.

    Bailee Bea Gabrielson, 20, Planter’s Lane — giving false information.
    Jerrod Jershod Monroe, 20, Lanier Drive — disorderly conduct.
    Jacob Sanchez-Tenzohua, 38, Leefield Station Road, Brooklet — no driver’s license.
    Kevin Mark Starnes, 35, Gumlog Road, Swainsboro — probation violation.
    Justin Bard McConhsa, 28, Chandler Road — loitering/prowling, marijuana possession, giving false information.
    U.S. HIGHWAY 301 SOUTH — Deputies stopped a woman driving a car with a shattered windshield around 3:50 p.m. Tuesday. She had to hang her head out of the driver’s side window in order to see. The vehicle’s identification number was missing, she had no proof of insurance, no tag, and said she didn’t know who actually owned the car. She said she was taking it to a scrap yard for a friend. Deputies had the car towed and gave her citations for the violations.
    POJO’S — (U.S. Highway 301 South) A clerk refused to sell beer to a couple who entered the store with  their dog and ignored her when she told them dogs were not allowed around 10:15 p.m. Tuesday. When told he could not buy the beer, the man shoved the beer toward the clerk, injuring her finger as the beer struck her. The couple then fled in a gold Honda Civic.
