    EDGEWOOD DRIVE — A man told police around 5:30 p.m. Thursday that he had received strange messages from an unknown number.
    MILLHOUSE STEAKHOUSE — An officer saw an intoxicated man fall into a ditch around 11:40 p.m. Thursday. He was arrested after running from police who tried to question him.
