    Beverly Joe Lee, 29, Acorn Hill Road, Sylvania — theft by shoplifting (second offense).
    Keno Demond Holt, 32, Southern Downs — tag light violation, suspended license.
    Biondi Hakeem Rawls, 22, Stadium Walk Apartments — following too closely, suspended license.
    Megan Elizabeth Dopson, 21, The Village at Mill Creek — theft by shoplifting.

    WAL-MART SUPERCENTER —  (Northside Drive East) A woman and juvenile female were arrested around 7 p.m. Wednesday after shoplifting candle wax and Reese’s Pieces.
    Around 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, officers responded to a report of simple battery. A woman who had been arguing with a man said he grabbed her when she tried to walk away. She was uninjured.
    Also Wednesday, around 2:50 p.m., a woman shoplifted nine personal care items totaling $75, and was arrested.
    SALLIE ZETTWEROWER ELEMENTARY SCHOOL — Someone broke into a car and stole a garage door opener between 7:15 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. Wednesday.

    Falan Victoria Bailey, 23, Nassau Street, Swainsboro — battery.
    Daniel Ross Hooper, 25, Lanier Drive — sale of marijuana, probation violation.
    Kenneth Van Golston III, 25, Lanier Drive — sale of marijuana.
    Silas Andrew Wallen, 20, Wilson Road — simple battery, disorderly conduct.

    MARCELLA’S COMMUNITY SAFEHOUSE — (Shuman Road) A woman told deputies around 10 a.m. Wednesday that a juvenile from another county’s Department of Family and Children Services case, who had just been assigned to her home, walked away because he didn’t want to live there. The juvenile was located and returned, and DFCS workers were contacted to resolve the issue.
    SOUTHEAST BULLOCH MIODLE SCHOOL — A school system employee reported suspicious and inappropriate activity between two students around 1 p.m. Wednesday. The report was unfounded, but the employee said he reported it as required by protocol.

    Officers issued two traffic citations Wednesday.

    Officers issued five traffic warnings and assisted two motorists Wednesday.
