BULLOCH STREET — A woman said a man choked her during an argument. He also damaged property, she said. He said he was acting in self-defense.
QUALITY INN — A woman said her boyfriend slapped her in the face. Police reports state warrants will be sought.
Reported Monday:
BRIARWOOD LANE — Someone opened release doors to a grain truck that had been parked a month due to mechanical failure. The actions spilled soybeans from the truck.
BAYMON INN & SUITES —Two men told police they were robbed at gunpoint.
BIG SHOW BURGERS — Four suspects were arrested for underage drinking after found fighting in the parking lot.
OCTANE FOOD MART — A man reported another male brandished a knife and demanded money before fleeing. Police located the offender and arrested him.

G.W. OLIVER SPUR — A man reported seeing another man prowling on his property, which was recorded on a game camera.
LIVE OAK LOOP — A woman claimed a man held a knife to her throat during an argument, but he denied doing so. No one was injured, and deputies gave them both advice on seeking warrants.
SHIMLEY DRIVE — A woman said another female followed her home but fled when her mother walked outside. The same female followed her again, but when the complainant confronted her, the offender denied doing so but could not explain why she was in the area. Deputies contacted her and instructed her to stay away from the victim.
LANES CHURCH ROAD — A man called for deputies’ help in making his brother and sister-in-law leave before they started an altercation. He said his parents fear the couple will harm them, as the brother has threatened to kill everyone in the home.
SUNCREST DRIVE — A woman said she recently became “friends” on social media with someone she later learned was a juvenile. The juvenile made inappropriate comments to her, she said.
Reported Monday:
RAY HOWELL LANE — A woman bought what she thought was a diamond ring from another woman on Facebook. The ring was missing a stone so she asked for a partial refund for repairs, but was unsuccessful. She then took it to a jeweler, who told her the ring was cubic zirconia, not diamond.
ASH BRANCH CHURCH ROAD — A stolen freightliner was found near Interstate 16.
HWY. 80 EAST — A man reported someone broke into a vacant house. Someone rambled through drawers but he did not know whether anything was missing.
T.E. GLISSON ROAD — A woman reported jewelry and a gun stolen during a burglary. Another resident reported a burglary in which jewelry was stolen as well. Witnesses saw a light green Ford Ranger in the area, occupied by a white male and white female. All reported burglaries included structure damage from offenders breaking in.
