Statesboro police are looking for a man who was caught peeping into a bathroom stall at a local business Friday.

A woman called police after being surprised by a man inside the women’s bathroom at Lowes’, according to Statesboro police reports.

The victim didn’t file a report until Saturday, but told police the incident took place around 6:40 p.m. Friday.

Statesboro Police Cpl. Justin Samples said the suspect is a white male in his mid-20s with sandy brown hair, wearing a blue tee shirt, blue jeans and a tan ball cap.

He peered into a bathroom stall at the victim, but fled when he was seen and was gone by the time the woman was able to report the incident, he said.
