No charges were filed in the death of a man who reportedly stepped into the path of a car Friday night. The Georgia State Patrol Post 45 commander, Sgt. 1st Class Brad Mosher, said Henry Iler, 79, of North Jackson Road, was crossing U.S. Highway 80 East when he stepped into the path of a car driven by Patricia Ann Taylor, 61, of Woodyard Court in Brooklet. Iler was struck and killed.
