Madison Thompson named Employee of Month at EGRMC

Madison Thompson, an EMT in East Georgia Regional Medical Center’s Emergency Department was named the hospital’s latest Employee of the Month

Thompson has been employed at EGRMC since 2017, and is a huge asset to the Emergency Department team.

An excerpt from her nomination form reads:

“Madison comes to work every day and gives her all! When not directly involved with patient care, Madison finds ways to keep herself busy. Madison’s positive attitude is contagious and has helped improve morale on the unit. She actively seeks opportunities to better the department and herself.

“She is our main EMT preceptor, and ensures all new employees have an excellent experience. If we had a way to clone Madison, we would in business! Madison always puts the patient first and takes time to talk to and establish relationships with her patients. Madison most certainly deserves Employee of the Month!"
