At noon Thursday, people are invited to gather in front of the Bulloch County Courthouse and unite in prayer. This will be the 13th consecutive annual local observance of the National Day of Prayer, and the 63rd annual national celebration. This year's theme is "One Voice, United in Prayer," emphasizing the need for individuals to join together in corporate prayer.
