Editor: To my dearest friends: Most of you know by now that on Monday, April 12, 2010 I suffered a heart attack. It would be presumptuous and absolutely facetious to assume that our family would ever be able to thank our entire community for the outpouring of love and support that was showered on us during this time. I was released from the hospital on Friday, April 23, 2010.
