JAMES WILLIAM HARVEY

A man charged in his son's stabbing death was denied bond Thursday. Bulloch County Sheriff's Chief Deputy Jared Akins said bond is routinely denied at the Bulloch County Jail for "significant felonies" such as charges against James William Harvey, 45, of Longwood Drive. Harvey was jailed Monday after his son, Eric Brennon Harvey, 27, of Lee Road in Pembroke, died at East Georgia Regional Medical Center following a domestic disturbance at the father's home.
