Bulloch County Sheriff's investigators are seeking information about a convenience store armed robbery that took place last week.
Two men burst into the Time Saver convenience store at the corner of Old River Road North and U.S. 301 North Oct. 27 around 8:30 p.m., armed with a hand gun, and forced two customers and a clerk into a back room, said Bulloch County Sheriff Lynn Anderson.
One suspect wore a ski-type mask over his head while the other's face was covered with a bandanna, he said. Store surveillance video shows  one suspect hopping over the counter, and pointing the black hand gun at the clerk, who is out of the camera's range at that point, he said.
After taking the clerk into the back room with  the customers, the two suspects took an undisclosed amount of cash, the clerk's purse and cell phones from all three victims, he said.
After deputies arrived at the scene, the Reidsville State Prison K-9 unit also responded, and tracked the suspects to Lily Creek Road, about 100 yards away, Anderson said.  Footprints clearly show where the suspects entered a vehicle and left the area.
Anyone with information about the robbery or the suspects is asked to contact Bulloch County Sheriff's Inv. Bill Black, who is leading the investigation, at (912) 764-1765. All calls will be kept confidential, he said.
